Tony and Theresa Oliver met while working at Staples. They started a family and kept working in corporate retail jobs and real estate until their two children were almost out of the house – all while waiting for the right moment to live their dream and start their own business.
Both Tony and Theresa had desires to start their own company or franchise, but they said that for quite a while, the timing was never right. However, with their son heading off to college and their daughter entering her senior year of high school, they decided that the timing was right. “We felt that our kids were old enough, so it was time, and we decided to make our business ownership dream a reality,” said the Olivers.
The Olivers joined with ARCpoint Labs, a third-party distributor of drug, alcohol and steroid testing as well as corporate wellness programs and employee screenings/background checks. They purchased three territories and have plans to open all three in the California area.
